1.  Shipping and Delivery

We are pleased to offer the best Shipping options, no matter where you live, provided shipping is available to your region.

General Shipping Information :

1.1  Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your order/

1.2  Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.

1.3  Worldwide Shipping : We ship worldwide unless shipping is unavailable or postal services do not operate in your region.  Shipping times vary according to location.

1.4  Express Shipping : Quote on request.  Additional charges will apply.

1.5  Delays : We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

1.6  Address Information: Ensure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

1.7  Lost or Damaged Items: While we strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, issues during shipping can occur. If your order is lost during shipment or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days to resolve the issue.

2.  Returns and Refunds
2.1. We accept returns within 7 days of your receipt of the product, if the product is not of merchantable quality, does not match the technical specifications provided online, contains defects or faults, or is not fit for its intended purpose as described, provided the items are unused and in original packaging.  Please be aware that as these are handmade lures, weights and sizes may vary slightly.
2.2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and once the product is deemed to be defective or incorrect, these costs will be refunded by us.
2.3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
2.4. Custom made or clearance sale items are non-refundable.                                

2.5  Refunds are not available for customers who change their mind, no longer wish to keep the goods, or are dissatisfied with their purchase. Additionally, we do not offer price adjustments if the price of a product is reduced online after purchase.

2.6  We do not offer exchanges as part of our returns policy.
